A Salvia Divinorum Experience

I held in a bong hit of 60x salvia extract for roughly 30 seconds...

First thing I felt was my heart absolutely racing, never heard it beat so loud in all my life. A few seconds later I suddenly go into a whole world of my own, with me lifted up into space, looking down at a black sky from a third person perspective, with no stars or planets, but instead, just three-dimensional letters in a grid format, with A on the left side and Z on the far right, though I couldn't make out all of the letters properly, as my vision was quite blurry.
Almost like the Star Wars logo when it comes closer towards the screen, best way I could describe it.

-But this was only the beginning-

After a while I started hearing voices which sounded slurred, like someone was drunk. They were saying all sorts, but I distinctly remember one of the voices saying "its like the alphabet backwards pete" over and over again.

The tone of voice was almost like the "bla bla bla bla bla bla bla" in the simpsons episode where someone is explaining something to homer and he isn't listening (Vague description but sure you get the picture).

Then, the sense of gravity/orientation quickly switched and it felt like I was getting pulled towards the 3D letters, lines appear underneath the letters, which seemed to resemble the floor at the time and I saw my friend's face who was sitting a couple of metres away from me, it became shockingly close for a moment and so bizarre words can't even describe it. It was literally like I was coming back to reality slowly but surely. I started to see the room more like it really was, but was still disorientated, having an altered sense of gravity.

I then saw a huge zip come across the floor underneath me, leaving the letters behind, it was quite loud as it went across and I'm more or less back to reality by that point.

It was a truly incredible experience, never had anything like it, my first time smoking salvia. I recommend it, but people should definately be in a comfortable context such as round a friends house rather than somewhere unfamiliar when smoking it.

I felt very much moved by the experience, a little scared admittedly but also enlightened and a totally different mindset towards the universe and earth. I think the individual experience which salvia gives us reflects subconscious desires and interests, and areas of curiosity and unfamiliarity.
