I purchased some 40x and 60x salvia a few years back, and still have half the 40x and most of the 60x. I now only do the 60x as I keep the 40x for friends who want to experience it for the first time. I am a good sitter for the newbie. I have the Einstein bong and a turbo flame high temp lighter. (these two work together so so well)

anyway, I want to try and explain my last trip with the 60x. I know its not recommended but I am happy to do salvia alone, as I know once it hits me i do not move from the sofa until i return to this world.

anyway, a few nights ago, I got out the bong, the lighter and my stash of salvia 60x. loaded up the bong with about 3 quarter full bowl.Its quite a deep bowl and this amount is more than enough. turned off the tv, dimmed the lights and lit the bong. Keeping the high temp flame on the salvia all the way until the whole bong ( 4 chambers) were completely filled with smoke. Then let go of the hole in the bong and inhaled it all in one. keeping it held I put the bong down and lied back on the sofa and closed my eyes.

After a good 30 seconds I exhaled. THEN THAT PLACE. As it took me its always hard for me to not to try and fight it. ( thats why I always do enough to take me regardless if I want to go or not)

I was in that salvia world once more. I was not me, I didnt exist. I was part of a wider reality. the only way I can describe it is SIDEWAYS. I went sideways in to a sort of 2D reality where the real reality was only a slight memory. I could hear all sorts of strange noises although not through my ears. I was seeing a world but not through my eyes. As if I was thinking from a completely different part of the brain. A part that can only be accessed from salvia. although I had at this point forgot I had just smoked salvia, I felt that I missed the real reality. I then also knew that this was probably the real world and my experience as "me" was a fake dream like reality. I still wanted to return though. I wanted to return right then.

I remember opening my eyes and seeing my lounge. a few seconds later I remembered smoking salvia and I chuckled to my self. THAT WAS INTENSE I told myself.

I layed there for a further few mins while i returned to "ME" and my fake body and mind. I welcomed the return.

I beleive that salvia does not just change your perception of reality. I beleive it actually connects you to a bigger consiousness. The basis of the creation of this dream like world. I salute you sally D, You really show me what exists outside this prison of the mind.

To anyone who has not tried Salvia and wants to try. ALWAYS have a sitter. until you know the reaction you have and how you handle it. if you panic and start moving around while tripping this could be dangerous. USE a good water cooled bong and a high temp turbo flame lighter.Salvinorin A is realesed at high tempertures.

Try to let go and not fight it. This is quite difficult though as you will see!
